At BALI JEWEL, we take pride in creating high-quality handcrafted jewelry. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, tags, and documentation
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, customization, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Personalized or engraved products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Earrings that have been worn (where prohibited by applicable law)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Missing items

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or shipment begins.

Because many of our jewelry pieces are handmade, once production has started or an item has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For custom or personalized jewelry, cancellations are generally not accepted once production has begun.


5. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.


6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

  • Finish
  • Dimensions

are considered part of the unique character of handmade products and are not regarded as defects.


9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
